    In September of 2000 UPL approached ez-comm with the need to integrate the Asia Pacific business processes. UPL wanted to create a platform for unified working of 17 offices in the region. The client had a unique nature of business due to the varied time zones of the sales offices and the manufacturing plants. The vast range of end products and government clearances for movement of these goods posed a further challenge.

    The order placement, order tracking, customer support, internal communication were the immediate needs.

    The Administrator can provide multi level access to various internal departments, customers, clearing agents, and logistics companies.

    The Customers can access information on the progress of the contract, its location (subject to the shipping company supporting it), and Estimated Time of Arrival.

    Critical management analysis such as time to market, logistic performance, quality/packing performances are available at the click of a mouse.
