Software Methodologies
ez-comm uses extensive software development methodology to deliver projects on time and at cost.
We use two types of software development life cycle models:
For large projects we adopt SPIRAL MODELS and for small projects we use WATERFALL MODEL.
The Process used to create a software product from its initial conception to its public release falls under one of the two above mentioned models.
Any project in ez-comm using water fall model moves down a series of steps starting from an initial idea to a final product. At the end of each step the ez-comm project team holds a review to determine if they are ready to move to the next step. If the project is not ready to progress, it stays at that level until it is ready. The steps involved in waterfall model are :
Idea
Analysis
Design
Development
Test
Final product
In Spiral Model ez-comm team starts small and gradually expands as the project becomes better defined and gains stability. The ez-comm projects team follows six steps approach while developing projects under this model.
Determine objectives, alternatives and constraints
Identify and resolved risks.
Evaluate alternatives
Develop and test the current level
Plan the next level and
Decide on the approach for the next level.
